Meat Manufacturing Business Asset sale

This well regarded meat processing business serving the catering industry had entered Administration following a challenging trading period. We were appointed by the Administrators to secure the site and prepare a detailed asset register and asset valuation. Following which we marketed and sold, via on-line auction, the entire production machinery, IT systems and office equipment. The assets included a complete range of wholesale meat processing and butchery equipment from cutters and slicers all the way through to packaging and labelling equipment, stock control scanners and software. The vast majority of the equipment was acquired by UK based meat processing businesses.
