Ahead of a significant investment into Blackpool, Bury, Ashington, Washington and Prudhoe, our Landwood Group team was entrusted to quickly survey, value and provide expert recommendations for the disposal of industrial and commercial sites across the North.
We deployed six qualified surveyors to deliver valuations and recommendations for this project within the client’s short three-week timeframe.
